Trunka-5108 is an aqueous solutionmicrobicide; it is a superior preservative and has been used in a variety ofindustrial and personal care applications, which include cosmetics, processingwater, and water based coatings such as paints, slurries, dispersed pigments,adhesives, latex emulsions. The active ingredients provide broad-spectrumactivity against common bacteria and fungi. Trunka 5108 is approved by EPA andFDA for industrial and cosmetic applications and is highly recommended forwater containing systems with pH 4.0-8.5.

Trunka-5108 has been used in cosmetics,personal care, paints, slurries, dispersed pigments, adhesives, latex emulsion,processing water and other water containing systems. Dosage:

Typical use concentrations are in the rangeof 0.1-0.6% (w/w) in the final products. It should be noticed that a goodmanufacturing practices should be applied and equipment, pipes, and storagetanks should be sanitized by TK-5800 regularly.

Handling and Storage:

Use of personal protective equipment such as safetygoggles and shields for eyes are strongly advised. If the product comes incontact with the skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. In case of eyecontact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Theproduct should be stored at room temperature and in an avoidance of sunlight.
