Description：

Preservative TK-108 is an aqueous solution micropreservative; it isa superior preservative and has been used in a variety of industrial andpersonal care applications, which include cosmetics, processing water, andwater based coatings such as paints, slurries, dispersed pigments, adhesives,latex emulsions. The active ingredients provide broad-spectrum activity againstcommon bacteria and fungi. TK-108 is approved by EPA and FDA for industrial andcosmetic applications and is highly recommended for water containing systemswith pH 4-8.5.

Applications and Application Methods:

Preservative TK-108 has been used in cosmetics, personal care,paints, slurries, dispersed pigments, adhesives, latex emulsion, processingwater and other water containing systems. Dosage:

Typical use concentrations are in the range of 0.1-0.6% (w/w) in thefinal products. It should be noticed that a good manufacturing practices shouldbe applied and equipment, pipes, and storage tanks should be sanitized by PreservativeTK-5500 regularly.

Handling and Storage:

Use of personal protective equipment such as chemical imperviousgloves for hands, safety goggles and shields for eyes are strongly advised. Ifthe product comes in contact with the skin, wash immediately with plenty ofwater. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seekmedical attention. The product should be stored at room temperature.
